1. Returns
• Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable unless:
o The merchant sent the wrong item.
o The purchased item received does not match the specifications, description, features, or information advertised on the website.
o The purchased item received is spoiled, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
o Exceed the delivery timeline per the company’s Shipping Policy
• For refund, the customer is required to provide:
o A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item received.
o A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
o Relevant photographs, order details, or other supporting documents requested by the company.
• All return and refund requests must be sent to the company at <email address> within 24 hours of receiving of the item.
• Any requests submitted after the 24-hour period or without the above mentioned required evidences will not be accepted.
